Good Morning!
Welcome to the First Edition of the OPG Options Flow Email!
Our Purpose:
I have some incredibly bullish options flow to share with you today, but since this is the first email I want to make sure I share the intent and purpose of this newsletter. First, I will publish daily on Monday - Friday mornings. The goal is to have this to you early so that you have time to read, analyze, and plan if you are using this information to help you make trades (please do so at your own discretion and risk).
My goal is not to overwhelm you with information. I believe that can do more harm than good. Instead, I want to provide you with 1-3 incredibly bullish flows that I saw from the day before. I will narrow it all down to the best 1-3 that I see daily and share here.
These may or may not be something I am actually trading. This isn’t necessarily a trade service. Although, I will disclose if i have an open position in anything that I do share as that is my moral obligation to do that. My hope is to share with you the options flow that I see that point towards a bullish movement in a stock.
What is Options Order Flow & How Can it Help?
Options flow is the real-time record of large options trades hitting the market — essentially, it shows where big money is placing bets in the options market. By tracking options flow, you can identify potential momentum, unusual activity, or sentiment shifts before they show up in the stock’s price chart.
How Trader’s Use Options Flow
Spot Unusual Activity
If a stock normally trades $100K in option volume per day but suddenly shows $2M in call sweeps — that’s “unusual options activity.”
Example: $2M worth of short-dated TSLA 250 calls bought at the ask might signal bullish momentum.
Follow the Smart Money
Hedge funds and institutions use options for leverage and hedging.
Tracking their aggressive, directional trades gives clues about future moves.
Identify Momentum Before It’s Visible
Flow often precedes major price moves.
Example: Heavy call sweeps can hint at a near-term breakout; heavy puts can suggest an impending drop.
Confirm or Filter Your Trade Ideas
Combine flow data with technical analysis:
If a stock breaks resistance and call flow spikes → higher confidence setup.Combine flow data with fundamentals/news:
If call sweeps hit before an earnings beat → clear signal of insider-style confidence.
⚠️ Caveats
Not all flow = directional bets; many are hedges.
Context matters: news events, earnings, and market trends can change interpretation.
Use flow as confirmation, not the sole trading signal.
Now that we’ve covered some first edition basics… Let’s take a look at what I have my eye on for Monday!
Bullish Options Flow For Monday
CRWV - $140c - 11/07/25 EXP

Lots of bullish volume coming in on the ever volatile CRWV, an AI centric stock. Not only did we get the volume above, but the $145 strike also received an abnormal amount of volume as it also got $3 million of individual orders.
Someone was urgently building a position and betting on a nice upwards move for CRWV. This looks like an excellent position to sell some aggressive puts (always cash secured; do not sell naked options). If you have a particularly high appetite for risk, buying some calls here could be an interesting move to see if it makes a push into the 140’s.
CRCL - $385c - 11/21/2025 EXP

This one is incredibly interesting. I am a day or two late on the HUGE volume that came in on CRCL. There is an incredible amount of open interest on this contract. There has been substantial amounts of money placed on these contracts that are 200% OTM and expire in less than a month. Crazy!
Now, Am I buying these contracts? No. This is one of those options flows where it feels like someone must know something. Could there be some huge news brewing for CRCL to go along with their current low float structure in their share count? Maybe.
This contract is way to aggressive for me. However, I will disclose that I am a shareholder with an average cost in the 130’s. I do plan to watch these shares closely and potentially swing them if the stock does pop. I also have some puts I’ve sold on this contract that yield a great return.
To wrap all of this up, the technical setup of CRCL looks amazing. A new(ish) and emerging tech & use case paired with an explosive setup to the upside makes this one look like a prime candidate for some upside. $385? Maybe… Maybe not. But a nice solid upside move? I do like the potential for that!
Conclusion
CRCL & CRWV are my favorite option flows from Friday. I’ll be watching closely to see if they can make a nice move today. I wanted to share them with you so that you can watch them too!
