SPY is currently down in premarket. We’ve been trading in a really volatile environment as negative gamma has been in control for most of this week. That is okay! We can still use the levels we find to trade these areas. We just have to be smart with it and understand the right time to enter. SPY is likely going to have another volatile day. You want to make entries for your trades at large exposure points. 730 makes for a good entry area be it long or short. If your idea invalidates by losing the range cut it quickly and move to the next trade.

The goal is to use these gamma levels to be such a sharp trader. Using them will make you extremely comfortable in the market and a lot more profitable as well.
