Friday was another profitable day for myself and the OPG live alert crew. This moves us up to 55 wins and 2 losses in our last 57 spread trades. We continue to be on a tremendous hot streak. My net profit since starting these trades with only $10,000 in a sample account to show you all the potential is nearing $40,000 in net profit. Above is a picture of the gamma exposures for the week on SPY. This tells us how dealers are positioned and how they must hedge based on price movement. Green or positive gamma means that dealers must go against price action. If price is going up they sell or if price is going down they buy. It is a stabilizing presence. Red or negative gamma represents dealers adding fuel to the direction price is already moving. They buy on the way up and sell on the way down and expand movements. Today SPY is slightly green as I type this and essentially flat on the premarket. I use gamma exposure to help me formulate a trade based on how I think the market and price action will react at certain key pivot zones. As always, I like to wait for the market to be live to get a real time reading before I confirm any trade. Once I get my confirmation I share the trade with subscribers and we begin to manage it from there.
