I already shared this update in a separate email over the weekend so I will keep it brief here. Last week I successfully generated thousands of dollars via our credit spread trades we issued.

My goal is to earn $500-$1000 daily via credit spreads for myself and to give those same trades to all who are in our live alerts community.

Whale Watching is our recurring segment where we highlight the most significant options purchases by smart money from the previous trading day.

This call came in during the afternoon hours of Friday’s trading day. It was triggered by large amounts of money building a position in this contract repeatedly in a short amount of time. BE is obviously been a hot name over the past few months but has cooled off as of late. Someone or someones is building a position and betting on the recovery of BE in a big way. This is not one that I currently have a position in. However, Friday’s price action wasn’t great and this was one of the few calls generated from the previous trading day.

SPY is currently up in the premarket today after Friday’s sell off. We’ve found ourselves in positive gamma territory with the biggest exposure being 746 on the day which is essentially right where we are trading at. Be careful with negative gamma below as it sits at 744 and can escalate price movement down if we trade into that territory. If we hold above 746 we could be in a positive gamma grind up. This would be a slow and controlled move upward. 750 is the last line of real resistance as we sit. If price were able to climb above that it would be able to move much easier to the upside based on current gamma exposure. As always, I like to get a live view of gamma when the market opens to confirm all of these premarket thoughts.
