Friday was another amazing day for us at the OPG Live alerts group! We had another successful day trading and I closed the day personally with a $690.83 profit. This brings me to a running total of $7,143.80 in profits since starting this experiment of daily credit spreads.

That puts us at a ~71% return on the capital we allocated for this trading style!

Whale Watching is our recurring segment where we highlight the most significant options purchases by smart money from the previous trading day.

There wasn’t much action on Friday that wasn’t super short dated. So I am sharing a contract that expires today. I want to issue the standard warning of anything this close to expiration can and will be extremely volatile. Definitely be aware if you track or trade this contract. That being said, someone was building up a position for NVDA $200 that expires today. This one doesn’t really suit my trading style but it is definitely fun to track and monitor. NVDA is currently down and OTM as I type this premarket. We will see how the price action treats it today.

SPY is currently up over half of a percent as I type this premarket. It has been hot the past few trading days and looks to continue the streak today. We have positive gamma situated at 751 and upwards with negative gamma at 750 and below and really picking up at 747. These levels are important because they will dictate how SPY trades during the day. Positive gamma should be a little more slow moving and dampened volatility where negative gamma really increases price movement and volatility. Based on premarket gamma, It looks like it could be another day of a slow grind upward for SPY. We will see if it can cut through some of the positive gamma ahead and make its way forward like the last few trading days.
