Good Morning!

It’s been a while since I’ve gone over my strategy here in the newsletter so I thought I would briefly cover it here today. I primarily trade credit spreads on SPY with 0dte expirations. My last 58 trades have been 56 wins and 2 losses. Approximately 58 trading days ago I put $10,000 in a brand new account to test this thesis. It is now worth roughly $50,000 as the strategy has proven to be successful, consistent, and profitable. Not only has this been my result but I have given all of these trades in front of an audience to my discord group. Not everyone has been around for every trade, but many have benefited from the same trades and building there account as well.

Yesterday was quite the flush in markets. I had a scheduled day off and did not get to participate in trading yesterday. SPY is down by a third of a percent in the premarket today and we have to continue to be on flush watch again today as negative gamma is stacked below.. There is some meaningful positive gamma built up above but we need it to move up some before it comes into play. Right now I am not concerned with acting quickly with price action like this. When things have the possibility for extreme volatility you want to allow time for a big move to happen and you can move in after that and open a credit spread. I’ll be watching gamma and waiting for a bigger move today to see if we can make something happen. As soon as I have a plan I will report it to subscribers and execute on my trade!
