Good Morning!
Yesterday’s Recap
Yesterday’s trade expired harmlessly yet again. We traded a bear call spread that we were able to close out for $2. That made it a $713.18 day in profits and brought the running 25 day total up to $15,149.83.

Yesterday we played into the opening gap up and decided that there was to much resistance overhead for price action to work its way through. That played out wonderfully and allowed contracts for myself and other members of the live alert crew to profit.

SPY Analysis

As I type this letter we find SPY down around a half percent premarket. We are sitting just in a negative gamma pocket with more negative gamma sitting below. Positive gamma begins at 770 significantly if price action can climb that far. We’ve been experiencing a lot of morning gaps this week. So far my method to play these gaps has been to create a credit spread underneath what is already a decent movement. The market has been choppy and this has worked well. Gamma positioning has confirmed this setup as well each day to ensure the structure is safe. I’ll be evaluating the same setup today when we go live to see how gamma looks and to find the best opportunity to trade this morning gap.
