Good Morning!
Yesterday’s Recap
Yesterday’s analysis was spot on. We said that if we hold 720 we grind up and if we lose 720 we will fall down fast in a cascade. Take a look at the movement on the day.

The market opened with a slow grind up to the 722 range before we begin to recede. We then lost 720 and quickly dropped into the 715s. This was exactly what we saw in the gamma structure during premarket yesterday. Our goal is to continue to point these potential movements before they happen.
Whale Watching
This is our recurring segment that features the most significant options buys from smart money on Wall Street otherwise known as Whales.
TSLA $395C 05/06/26

Whales were hitting TSLA rapidly yesterday in the final hour of the market. This is a 2 day contract that expires tomorrow. Be careful if you trade these (I’m not) because they can turn on you quickly if they don’t move in your direction. TSLA has been building some momentum in recent days
The gamma exposure on TSLA does look favorable, though:

SPY Update

SPY is currently up around 0.5% premarket as I type this. 722 is the pivot zone today. Stay above it and look for us to grind upward. This would likely be a sustained grind and not an explosive one. Below 722 is stacked negative gamma. The potential to slide down quickly below this point certainly exists. Although, it isn’t as strong as it was yesterday.
How Am i playing this one? I am just giving it time to define it’s direction and watching where gamma is building up. If gamma builds up overhead then that’s a good indicator of the direction we are heading. This applies to if gamma builds up underneath as well.
The Closing Bell
We continue to put the final touches on what we will be offering with our live alerts. You will get all of our software’s automated alerts for whale flow! You get my constant GEX updates and trades on SPY. I’ll also be sharing credit spread trades soon as well. I can’t wait to get this to you. This will go live on Thursday. We will test it all for two days and then I’ll use the weekend to make any changes that may need done. Looking forward to meeting more of you in the community feature that we will have.
