Good Morning!

Yesterday was yet another winning day for the OPG Order Flow live alert crew! The SPY price action got choppy but we used that to our advantage with an early credit spread that accrued value pretty quickly. It closed the day up $519.

This brings our total profits up to $4,076 since we started issuing credit spreads to our live alerts group 5 sessions ago.

Whale Watching is our recurring segment where we share the most significant options purchases by smart money from the previous trading day.

This repeater alert was triggered yesterday on USO. I chose this one due to the interesting nature of the alert. Generally speaking oil and indexes (SPY, QQQ) move opposite of each other. Oil tends to spike when tensions around the ongoing conflict with Iran escalate and indexes sell off. The opposite also happens when things cool down oil trades down and indexes trade up. This alert yesterday tells me that someone is preparing for higher oil prices with this contract. I don’t have a position and quite frankly the issues that are causing oil to spike feel hard to predict. That being said this one is on my watch list and I will be keeping an eye on it over the coming days.

SPY closed the day pretty ugly yesterday but seems to be recovering in the premarket today as I type this it’s up .42%. We have heavy positive gamma stacked overhead today with the largest exposure existing at 745. Negative gamma starts at 744 but is much lighter than the positive exposure above it. My early opinion says that we grind up today due to the positive gamma we have stacked overhead. Be careful for escalation to the downside if negative gamma takes hold below 744. I will wait and trade it based on the final reading when market goes live.
