Yesterday was another fun day in the market. The IV was high when the market opened which made for high option premiums. I made my official trade and recommended it to the live alerts group as the 755/753 bull put. We eventually closed it for 0.02 per contract which left me with a net profit of $1,067.36 for the day. This brought our incredible winning streak up to 30 straight winning trading days and 41 of our last 42. My net profit since starting this strategy with our live alerts group is $30,298.39.

After a volatile day yesterday, SPY is down just slightly premarket today. It continues to be in a high volatility environment that makes it a big harder to trade. We have negative gamma positioned at 762 and below. In these ranges you expect more expansive and choppy price movement. 763 and above is where positive gamma kicks in. This is where price would stabilize a bit more and dealers would dampen price action and water down volatility. I trade based on how I believe price action will react when interacting with these exposure zones. As always, I like to wait to get a live reading of these zones when the market opens to see how it materializes. Then I will be able to make an accurate reading and make my trading decision from there.

We have a fun new tool that one of our data providers is beta testing that we get to share. We are testing it in the live trades and discord. It projects the move of SPY/SPX based on gamma exposure and historical data of how SPY/SPX traded when structured similarly in the past. I used it yesterday with some pretty accurate forecasting. I will definitely be sharing again today!
