Good Morning!

Yesterday was another good trading day for myself and the OPG live alerts crew! We waited patiently for the dip in the market yesterday as I could see the potential for it in my chart and data. It happened and we opened a nice bull put spread at the bottom of it that was pretty low stress all things considered. We closed it up a little while later for a nice profit! I did $1,011 in profit on the day. This was our 50th day trading 0dte credit spreads on SPY. We’ve had 48 wins and 2 losses.

After another volatile day yesterday, SPY is showing some green in the market today and is up slightly premarket as I type this. We have positive gamma stacked above with the 768 strike being the largest exposure on the daily today. Negative gamma isn’t super heavy today but it does still exist. This could be a sign that sell pressure may be relenting at least for the day but again… that is no guarantee. I’ll be interested to see how it looks when the market opens and it begins to take directions. If we do move into more of a positive gamma day we could expect more control and less volatility. As always, I will see how it shapes up at open and begin to finalize my trade plan from there once I see how things begin to materialize. Once I have that confirmation I will issue the trade plan to all subscribers. We have consistently been dealing with more volatility during trading hours lately. We will see if that sticks around today or if we have a bit more of a controlled environment with positive gamma today.
