Yesterday was another profitable day for the live alerts crew! We sold a bear call spread when price spiked fairly early in the day and it led to a pretty easy day for us. We were able to close out the spread and accrue the majority of it for profit and did it without major stress on the day which is always a nice bonus.

This makes my record for spreads now 64 wins and 2 losses as it comes to the trades. Our setup has a tremendous win rate and has proven time and time again to be repeatable and successful. Even through the volatility that October brought, we didn’t suffer a single loss through the entire month.

Today I wanted to share with you a different exposure screen shot. This one shares with you total exposure while showing premarket price action. As you can see the market has digested election news and has started moving up this morning. 770 has the largest exposure on the board this morning and could be signaling a larger bullish day today. There is still some lingering negative gamma exposure underneath that I won’t ignore either but for now it seems price action is trying to move away from it. As always, I will await the market to open and to get a live reading on price action before I make a trading plan. I like to see where gamma exposure is gathering because it tells me how dealers have to hedge certain price movements and I can trade accordingly. As soon as I have a trading plan I will issue to subscribers.
