Good Morning!

Yesterday was another profitable day for the OPG live alert crew and myself. We sold 761/759 bull put spreads and closed them out for another profitable and successful trade. I personally cleared $1327 on the day in profits. This improves our win rate to 49 wins and 2 losses since beginning the daily credit spread journey 51 trading days ago. Market volatility has picked up but we’ve adjusted our strategy to account for that and continue to trade profitably.

SPY is nice and green this morning. As I type this it is up 0.40% in the premarket. We see some heavy positive gamma showing up in the premarket today which is something we haven’t seen come into play much in the last 2 weeks. We will see if it sticks around when the market opens or if it vanishes and things revert back to negative gamma pretty quickly. While positive gamma is large this morning, negative gamma hasn’t gone away. There are some large exposures on the board today that we need to be careful of should we slide at all when market opens. Current largest exposure as I type is 766. As always, we will see how this materializes when the market opens and we get some real time trading and data flow. Gamma shapes up a little better once the opening bell rings. Once we get a good read on direction, data, and how we think things are trading today we will finalize our trading plan and share with our subscribers.
