Good Morning!

Yesterday was another profitable day for myself and the trading group. We faced some volatility in the early part of the day but managed to see through it and get to a nice profitable position on our bull put spreads. My personal profits were around $822 for the second straight day. This means we have won 37 of our last 38 days. Total profits during this stretch have been +$26,597.27.

The market is down again this morning premarket as I type this. We are down nearly a half percent this morning. We have heavy negative gamma action beginning at 763 and below. Positive gamma begins at 764 and above and that’s where you will find more stable prices and price action today based upon how gamma is currently structured. We still have approximately an hour before market opens (as I type this) so I want to give it time to see where it shakes out upon market open. Where gamma materializes once the market goes live is always an important structure for the day. I’ll await that final reading and structure before I finalize anything today. However, I generally like to catch the flush when we open nice and red like this and try to structure a bull put spread even lower than where we open at. We will see if we get that opportunity today or go another direction with it.

The best part about the success of our group is the amount of people who are making serious returns in the market up to this point. I love to see people finally find their lane in trading and having success. It is my goal to keep our win rate and profits high as we press on daily from here.
